NORTH MYRTLE BEACH AREA HISTORICAL MUSEUM, which opened in April 2013, is pleased to present the world-class exhibition Bob Hope: An American Treasure. Bob Hope—actor, comedian, golfer, family man—he was so much more than an entertainer. Museum Board Chairman Emeritus Dick Hester said, “From soldiers to U.S. Presidents, Bob Hope touched the lives of Americans in a way no other celebrity could—with laughter.”

HOPE brought a 'taste of home' to the scores of servicemen and women he entertained during his legendary USO shows. Relax and watch video clips from Hope's stage and movie career. Laugh at his antics during the USO clips. Learn more about the man. ''It's great to see the personal side of Bob Hope,'' said board member Debbie Ritter. ''We knew him as an entertainer. Now we see the other side, the husband and father as revealed through interviews with family members.''

BOB HOPE: AN AMERICAN TREASURE is presented in North Myrtle Beach by the World Golf Hall of Fame with assistance from the Bob and Delores Hope Foundation. The Museum is grateful for support from Alligator Adventure, Elliott Realty, Grand Strand Dining Group, and North Myrtle Beach Times.

RENTAL SPACE available for weddings, receptions, private parties, organizational meetings, HOA / POA annual meetings. CALL 843.427.7668 for rates and availability.
