DESCRIPTION:This session will review the four generations in the workplace\, looking at the common characteristics and values for each generation. We will discuss defining moments of each generation and their effect one our identity within the workplace and community.\n\nThese differences can lead to inevitable conflict because of generational ways of working\, communication\, thought processes and distinct turnoffs - sound familiar?\n\nWe'll look at practical approaches to resolving conflict among the generations with real world scenarios. Our goal is to learn more about the generations and through an increased hyper-awareness\, better utilize leadership strategies to maximize the diversity and equity within our workplace.
